exchanges & returns

harry & pop does not offer refunds due to change of mind so please choose carefully.

we will happily exchange items that do not fit correctly for the right size if available. but please refer to our size guide before purchasing to avoid unnecessary postage costs.

exchanges will only be accepted if the item has not been worn, washed or altered in any way and is in its original condition with all tags attached.

how to exchange an item

to apply for an exchange, please email us (at info@harryandpop.com.au) within 14 days of receipt of goods with your original order details and your desired replacement size, style and colour.

please print, complete and include this exchange and returns form along with your item/s to be exchanged.

upon receipt of item/s, we will assess it and if it satisfied the above requirements (not worn, washed or altered in any way and in its original condition with all tags attached) we will offer an exchange. if the item does not satisfy our above requirements it will be send back to the customer.

you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning the item to harry & pop but we will happily send your replacement free of charge.

harry & pop is not responsible for the loss of items being returned therefore we recommend using a registered postal service and keeping a record of the tracking details.

faulty items

oh dear! if this is you, we are just as disappointed! in the unlikely event that your item is faulty we will most definitely offer you a replacement with priority (this includes sale items).

please email us (at info@harryandpop.com.au) within seven days of receipt of goods with your original order details and details of the faulty item (including images).

please print, complete and include this exchange and returns form along with your faulty item.

upon receipt of item, we will assess it and if it is deemed faulty and satisfies our requirements (not worn, washed or altered in any way and in its original condition with all tags attached) we will offer a replacement.

we will happy reimburse you for shipping costs incurred when returning the faulty item to harry & pop and ship your exchange item free of change. if the item is not deemed faulty or does not satisfy our requirements it will be send back to the customer.
